Dr. Dhelda Mfanga is a Co-founder of DheJa Engineering Solution company in 2021, alongside Eng. Japheth Mmari.
She is a Lecturer at the School of Mines and Geosciences at the University of Dar es Salaam. Before joining the university, she worked as a mine Engineer at North Mara Gold Mine.

Eng. Japheth Mmari is a Co-founder of DheJa Engineering Solution company in 2021, alongside Dr. Dhelda Mfanga.
He has over 10 years of experience in Mine and Geotechnical Engineering, as well as Mine Ventilation. Successfully managed large-scale geotechnical projects at both operational and feasibility study levels.
