- Master of Engineering in Mineral Resources Engineering with a specialization in Rock Mechanics from Laurentian University in Canada.
- Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam.

- Over 15 years of extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of geomechanics and rock fragmentation.
- Broad experience includes Mine/Reservoir Geomechanics (geotechnical research and projects) and rock fragmentation (drill and blast research and projects).

- Stress modelling around both surface and underground excavations, including wellbores.
- Rock failure and fracturing.
- Stability of pit slopes and earth embankments, underground excavations, and wellbores.
